. Cuts like a knife, don't be fooled. Very sharp. However, its 9mm blade makes perfect fries. Not as thin as most fast food fries, but thinner than homemade. Really good for frying, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with perfect coloring. Before that I could never get a cut consistency, not even enough to make most fries perfect.
