Review on πŸ’‘ 5500K Full Spectrum Hydroponic Light by Robert Hodge

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works well for my indoor aeroponic garden

I recently purchased one of these full spectrum CFL hydroponic grow lights for my new tower garden after reading another Revain review about it. I'm working on an urban gardening project and will be growing veggies and herbs entirely indoors year-round. I thought I had a lot of light in the corner of my kitchen where there are a lot of windows, but I live in a dense forest and although there is a lot of sun in the summer, the sun shines in from the other side in the fall and winter. and sometimes not at all. After 2 weeks of dying I bought Sylvania Grow Light from a local store. Although better, I still had dismal results. My plants germinated quickly but ended up weak, thin and leggy. After using Full Spectrum CFL Grow Light hydroponics on them for about a week and leaving it on all day, all my plants showed signs of improvement - and the newly sprouted seedlings were noticeably stronger, the stems were thicker, less elongated, more leaves and more color. I have since ordered two more and keep them in the Tower Garden throughout the day. (about 12-15 hours) Although it's a large bulb, it doesn't get very hot, fits in a standard socket and I use it in inexpensive clamp lamps. Apparently it emits a full spectrum of light. THIS IS BRIGHT! Neighbors think spaceships landed here! But it's a clean, beautiful white light - no need to turn on the other lights in my kitchen! I finished the lighting; I use a TaoTronics Led Grow bulb on my seedling trays at night. Adding this product gave even better results and I think switching between the two types was very effective. Yes, I definitely recommend this lamp. I'm posting some photos so you can see some of the early results for yourself. The first photo shows how much the seedlings have improved. In the second picture they looked with Sylvania Grow Light. The third photo of arugula on the left shows an exposed young plant next to a 2 week older (right) but unexposed plant.
