It works well, maybe too well! It's very bright.
This works great for me, but I've found that the brightness required to make my webcam look good is also so bright that it hurts my eyes after using one talked for an hour. My desktop won't let me position further from my face. Either way, this works great, just a warning for those with light-sensitive eyes.
