Review on Achim Home Furnishings FTVMA40220 12 Inch by Dean Gomatham

I started tiling my bathroom but didn't have enough tiles to finish it. As you can imagine I needed the same tile, same colour, same pattern as I was halfway through. I originally bought from Walmart but they were out of stock. So I took a good look at Revain and started ordering more tiles based on the picture AND the existing serial number of what I already had. When I received the package I didn't foresee any problem. The picture on the box, the box itself, the serial number and the description were exactly like mine. However, the tiles inside were a very different color. Not a subtle shade different, but completely different. The tile I needed and ordered was white marble. The ones I received are hideous, much darker gray marbles. Unfortunately I can't return them because the person I asked to finish the bathroom tiles thought I had changed my mind and chosen a new shade. They weren't overly expensive and the installation misunderstanding had nothing to do with it and my tiling problem would have been solved. it's up to me The point, though, is that I shouldn't have gotten the wrong shade to begin with. I used the exact serial number, triple checked that it was correct and although I did of course look at the picture on the website, I did NOT rely solely on the picture on the website when ordering as I know it was is not always correct. Even the box they came in shows the picture and number of what I thought I ordered. Very, very frustrating.
