Worked great! At first only one worked which worried me until I used new batteries and now both are fine. But that's a good sentence. I use a lot of salt and pepper and it takes a lot of effort to spin the damn manual coffee grinders. They are big but I still wish they had more pepper and salt. The holder is good - it has a plastic top so there is no mess when putting away. It looks great on the counter - matches other stainless steel items I have. But yeah, for the price and features, I'm happy with them.
