Easy and intuitive system but response time could do better

I like that it is integrated with our CRM, so we can see who has been contacted by what channel (email or phone call) as well as which ones have responded positively/negatively. It's very easy for us to use! The only thing i dislike about webiowebioprocessing website automation tool is how slow their support team are at responding - they don't always get back within 24 hours either when you need an answer really quickly!! But this isn’t something specific to them though; just be patient if your question takes longer than expected because there will probably still come through eventually :) We're trying to improve efficiency around sales processes & communication between agents / customers.

Pros
  • The ease of creating a process (from an email to an incoming call to a CRM record, to a database field) its very easy to get a task into this system and it can take an extremely long list of options in the process form
Cons
  • Processes can be long and there is not currently a process limit (or am I missing something?)
