It works like any high quality tape.
I use duct tape for many purposes and this beige duct tape is used to temporarily seal moving windows in any room in the house. I usually apply this type of tape to prevent cold air from entering the room through the tiny gap between the two pieces of glass of the window, which cannot be permanently sealed. After applying the tape, I fold it over an inch at the end for easy removal when the windows need to be opened, like when I'm cleaning my room and need fresh air and dust. .
