last month I was happy with my purchase but the device didn't work except when the battery didn't hold a charge except for one lap without needing to be charged. Please contact me and let me know how I can replace or repair this device. The company has not responded to me in any form, even after five attempts to contact them via email and on their website. The company tends to ignore any post-purchase contact or if you have a problem I'll add my review due to the lack of customer service regarding the warranty coverage for this item. I have sent a large number of emails to this company to resolve the situation and I keep getting the same suggestions to try and resolve the issues. I've tried all of this many times. It looks like the company is just trying not to fix the problem and is extending its warranty so for the next few months it can say there's nothing we can do as the warranty has expired. If I could give them minus 5 for the service I would. Now the company doesn't even respond to my emails. I would advise anyone thinking about buying this item as the service is terrible. It's obvious they don't care about the customer.
