I like that it is easy to schedule my time off, since there are no restrictions as far scheduling goes - you just need more "time" in your calendar! It's also great because of all its features (not only scheduled days but vacation request too).

The interface could be improved for better user experience by adding social media integration or allowing users create groups so they have easier access from one place instead having 2 different interfaces with login problems etc... This tool allows me ease management/supervision over employee work hours which helps us save some money while reducing labor costs at same times we increase productivity levels thanks God!!
