I love that it is easy to access my schedule from anywhere! You also get alerts when your scheduled meetings are coming up so you don't have any surprises during work hours or even at home time (which sometimes happens if people forget about being in charge of reminders). I like that you have access to all of your information in one place, so it is easier for me as my manager/supervisor than having multiple different sources with conflicting info about when someone's available or not! The interface is easy to use and navigate, even for people who have limited computer experience or technical knowledge. It's very intuitive!
