I know these gummy bears are for kids but so far I love them! However, I have not noticed any significant difference in terms of taking their Nexabiotic Probiotic for men and women and the effects of the gummies for me. To be honest, I only use the DrFormulas brand for my probiotic purchases. I can highly recommend the product.
