It didn't work for my app - OK, depending on what you intend to do with it.
Easy assembly. The neck is really difficult to adjust the position. However, it should stay where you put it. Don't overload the binding and don't try to adjust the neck! It was too high for my application. I wanted him to have a document photo tray on the table. Focusing at close range was unacceptable. A cell phone or similar might have been fine. I returned it because of the functionality in my application.
