The ease-of use has helped our organization streamline processes, reduce manual workflows while increasing accuracy across multiple touch points throughout an entire supply chain from raw material purchase through manufacturing/sales. It really helps when you have people who are familiar with other ERP systems but know what they need for this one as well (i.e., not just looking at customization). As I am still learning more about it myself there may be features out their we don't utilize yet so make sure you ask questions or take advantage if your account manager offers training sessions. We've been able to eliminate paperwork within several departments which increases efficiency tremendously!
