The best thing about this software is that it simplifies my job by providing me with all of the necessary tools to manage our recruitment process online. It also keeps track of everything we need for each candidate so I don't have to spend time looking up things in other systems or documents. There are some features within the system where you can easily get lost and not know how to navigate back to what you were doing before. This is very frustrating because sometimes I just want to be able to jump around from one section to another without having to go through every step to find something again! Make sure you understand exactly what your hiring managers needs are, as well as what their expectations will be when using this product. We use Smart Select for our recruiting department and they make managing our candidates much easier. They even give us access to help if needed throughout the day.
