Broke and expired after one use.
Firstly it was 2 days late, I received it a week after ordering. What happened to the 2-day free shipping? The mug arrived well, I noticed that the part you drink from, the part that is supposed to close, was REALLY difficult to close. And then I washed it, and now it won't close at all. What a waste of money. Go ahead and buy another brand because this one is not good at all. Oh, and it gets dirty easily too, that was great!
