Not Suitable: Temperature and Humidity

bought 3 of these, on 1 the index arm was rubbing against the dial causing it to bind and then crack. The other 2 when placed side by side were within 5 degrees of each other.

Pros

For use in ovens where the correct holding temperature is critical to food safety and quality and in bakery proofers to ensure the correct proofing temperature is maintained.
