Installed on desktop and laptop. There was no Wi-Fi on the desktop. The laptop scored 30MB on the Google Speed test from the opposite side of the house. Although Wi-Fi through this antenna can operate completely separately from the laptop's Wi-Fi, I found performance was best when both antennas were active. Wi-Fi through this external antenna is completely separate, but Windows 10 mixes the signal very well. There was no Wi-Fi on the desktop until I added it through this antenna. The Realteck driver installed easily on both Windows 10 boxes. The utility has the added benefit of showing the channels that I and everyone else in the area is using, allowing me to confirm that I was using one channel while the other not used. The driver adds another application to the Windows utilities, making it easy to use and manage.
