Good only, QC really needs improvement
Bought as they are about 30% cheaper than Thermoworks branded cleaners. The loss of quality is definitely noticeable. They usually work well, but they're flimsy and oversaturated with alcohol. I found the packaging difficult to open, especially with catering gloves on. I would normally give 3 stars but the quality control on these should be much higher. I estimate that 1 in 15 packs only has liquid alcohol and no wipes. very frustrating trying to cook many chicken breasts at once on a hot grill and wiping below 165 after each one to avoid cross contamination.
