The factory specification for the 2012 F-150 FX4 is 150 pounds of torque. These lugs twist and cannot handle about 150 pounds of torque. Once they start spinning, the key climbs straight up the spline, creating a nice spiral pattern; then good luck removing it. The flange is also not wide enough for Ford truck rims, it is small and may cause problems in the future.
