VERY DANGEROUS AS A STEP
Very dangerous as a step stool. You can easily knock this thing over if your step isn't exactly centered on the platform. If you're moving horizontally at any speed and happen to get caught on the back edge of the chair, it will tip over almost every time. If you step on it from above, carry something (God forbid a child) and hook back on the very edge, it will tip over. As a platform, when used with very conscious movements that are more or less restricted from side to side, it is solid and well built. AVOID as a stool!
