I've been using this headset for a week now and am pretty happy with it After working from home for several months with no end in sight I decided to go broke and buy myself a headset. My company will buy one but they keep testing and not working properly. I use it connected to my laptop but it also works on my phone. The cord is really long, maybe 6 feet or more, which I like. I have a small, narrow head so I need to adjust as little as possible, hence the earcups have a slight tendency to move down on their own. However, this does not happen often. Also, it's pretty convenient. I can wear it for hours and not remember it's there. This may be because I have a small head, so the pressure on my ears isn't as great as someone with a broader head. The sound quality is good; No one reports echo or anything while I'm using it. In general I am very satisfied.
