Good sound in and out. The USB controller has limited functionality with the softphone I use for work. Volume and call start and end do not work on my version of the Mitel softphone, but mute does. Based on the reviews I want them to work and I have the sound I expect from this brand. My headset is registered to my Windows 10 computers, I was able to adjust the volume etc. However, there was no sound in the headset and the microphone was not working. I suspect something is wrong with the mini jack used to connect the USB device. I sent them back the same day - so no damage apart from an unexpected trip to the UPS store.

These on-ear headphones are heavier than I expected. So if I tilt my head too much, they immediately slide off. I was able to "tighten" them a bit by twisting the headband and pushing the earcups together a few times, and that seemed to help. Otherwise they are fine. I started by plugging the USB into a USB hub but then went straight to the back of the iMac where there are USB port jacks.
