We love it! The best gift in the world. I married potatoes. Seriously, this guy can take down a plate of mashed potatoes like no other. Well, it's bad enough that I regularly have to peel 5 pounds of potatoes just for him, but oh my god, when do we have company? Pooh. So I had the hubs open this gift a few days before Christmas. It was Christmas Eve here and I was dying to try it on a big 20lb bag of tubers. (Okay, okay, maybe it was more of a gift for me.) We were such losers when we first tried. Stand there and look at it in awe. I even made a video and sent it to my family! I think it doesn't take much to impress us. Then again, it was great to see kids fight for something other than their damn video games for once. The two fought while I sat on the couch with a glass of wine. Before I knew it they were clearing the entire £20 bag! Rest well. I'm sure my boys will always remember their special potato Christmas. Hell, maybe we just started a new tradition. OK. I become confident. Excuse me. In conclusion, I would like to say that this is perhaps the largest appliance in my kitchen at the moment. Works fantastic. This makes peeling potatoes a pleasure! If I'm ever drafted into the army, rest assured that this little gem will go with me. Highly recommended.
