Review on ChannelCandy by Jason Ballard

I like that they are so easy to use, it's almost too simple! The platform is very intuitive for anyone who has used other CRM platforms in the past (Salesforce, SugarCRM). They have an amazing team behind them - not only do their customer service reps help you every step of the way but also offer great tips/advice as well when using this product. It would be nice if there was more customization options available within each channel or at least some additional features beyond just creating email campaigns. We're solving our sales process issues by managing all communications from prospecting through closing with one system instead of multiple systems.
