I have two air purifiers. I have a rather poor pollen tolerance, as does my little dog. This is a backup filter. Maybe it's better to explain. I use it as a spare when the other filter dries up. No, it doesn't take that long to dry. In my case, keeping the air purifier running with no downtime is best. Also, I'm clumsy, so I know he'll step on him at some point.
