Pretty. Well done. A must for the game!
I'm new to matcha and have been trying to whip up some without this kind of whisk. Forget it. The whisk I use for eggs, batter, or merengue doesn't lift the air like this one with so many teeth. The ceramic holder is great for keeping the outer pins away from the center pins while drying. Everything looks nice and well made. There is also a bamboo "spoon".
