Very stiff for its purpose

It gets cold fast, and if you aren’t very sensitive it might work ok. But I can’t get it comfortably in the areas I need it for relief due to stiffness. I’ll just hold onto it as an ice pack for injuries. The Velcro works well, the inside is soft fabric… maybe it should be marketed for leg/ankle/wrist injuries?
