The product shipped quickly and I received it within two days. As others have posted, the instructions weren't great. However, it isn't difficult to figure out how to install. I did myself a favor by installing a 2X4 horizontally across the area where I wanted the door installed. This made it easier to install the rail without concern for hole alignment with studs. I installed a eleven foot rail and really wish that it could have been one piece.the joint is a week point and it is where the wheel seems to feel a slight bump to otherwise smooth glide. I realize that eleven feet long metal piece would be expensive to ship.just my gripe. Overall, I am happy with the product. I had to change out some of the bolts because my custom door was too thick.not a problem. Actually, my door wasn't really a door at all.it is a custom mirror that is 94 inches tall and 51 inches wide. I will try to upload a picture. The final reason for the four star rating as oppose to five star is that the hardware should have included a guide roller for the lower part so that the door doesn't pull out away from the wall. What was included isn't as desirable. I was able to find guide roller on ebay for $13 each. Overall pleased!
