This has been a 'fun quarantine purchase' for our family as we've been making a LOT of pizza lately and always rubbing our joints with cheese. To be honest I don't think my son and husband washed it before using it because they were so excited! He grinds the mozzarella cheese so fast. We cut potatoes for pancakes so easily we were just blown away! We came up with russet potatoes and carrots! The blades are so sharp that it takes almost no effort to turn the handle. My family loved it so much they tried the black olives. OMG, they completely shredded them for tacos! They tried putting a tomato in it and let's just say if you're making salsa it works, otherwise it's basically juice lol. A week later I ordered one for my best friend! I like it!
