This set is excellent and easily fits high end homeowners and medium quality professional sets. However, it lacks some basic elements to make it a high-end professional instrument. Details they left out: The battery is inserted from the front and is awkward to remove as the battery connector is also on the front. So you have to push and pull. This is fine when the tool is new, but batteries become more difficult to remove as tools age. The impact wrench does not have a quick bit insertion mechanism. My favorite high-end power tools have a push-in bit holder that just needs to pull out the release mechanism when it's time to remove it. They fit so well in tool holsters that they don't need clips. The materials are of very good quality, but metal protective covers are missing in some important places, such as the back of the instrument. Resist the urge to use this as a makeshift hammer to knock down an unruly structure. It might make the tool a bit heavier, but all of our tools will get hit in the back if dropped, snagged, or used as a rubber mallet (although they shouldn't). On the other hand, there are many details that they did not get wrong: the drill is equipped with a rotating metal cover that not only protects the drill, but also prevents tool marks. The triggers work flawlessly and are easy to control, and both instruments have multi-speed settings. The drill has a 2-speed gearbox and the impact tool has a 3-speed adjustment at its base. Slow is about the same as a medium percussion instrument, medium is what you would expect from a good quality instrument, and high is an old professional Dewault impact wrench, which is the most powerful impact wrench we've ever used, and this Worx impact wrench is just as powerful, to the point that it turns the tips of 6-inch #3 screws driven into oak. (Use it low until you get used to it) Both tools are small and light enough, the handles are the right size so they're easy to hold, and they're well balanced so prolonged use isn't as tiring. But we haven't had the opportunity to use either tool on a large project, so I'm not sure about the battery life, although they certainly hold a good charge and last a long time. Both batteries are fairly small, so we're a little concerned about how they'll perform on a large project that requires hundreds (or thousands) of screws. The same quality is more about features. Also included is a small, high quality carry case. Made in China.
