The variety of receptacle cups and press bases is good and really helps when you need to get creative with the removal or installation process, but definitely consider it a one-time use. Your mileage may vary, but I removed and installed two ball joints and one of the cups failed (as pictured). 4 stars for ease of use because variety and a little intuition goes a long way, but some markings for sizes might well be that I didn't have to measure/look everything by eye. 5 stars for the value - a cup was damaged? Yes. But the exchange was quick and easy! Write it off as a less than perfect quality control issue that's easy to fix with great support/customer service. 3 stars for durability because one cup failed under normal use while the rest of the kit passed an honorable 5 stars for AMAZING customer service. At the end of the day, I got the job I wanted. Most items appear to be solid and customer service has been great. I'm actually (believe it or not) looking forward to the next ball joint job in my future thanks to this kit. opportunity to get in touch with them. It's amazing that they took the initiative to fix everything. A replacement is on the way and customer service has been courteous, prompt and efficient!
