Not designed for security

Installing the key cabinet was almost fun - with a bit of frustration. I got the combination right after a few tries. Marking and drilling holes wasn't difficult. The cabinet looks solid against the wall. The bottom key hooks have been noted by others as being too low for keys to hang from the ring or the included fobs, but the hole in the top of even a regular house key slips in easily. hook and place in the box with a slight incline. When writing on the label, be sure to remove all but not all of the plastic backing and leave the paper where it sits. Then put the plastic back in when you're done writing. If you remove the paper tag or plastic cover they won't come back - unless you're more experienced than me, I closed the closet door, turned the knob and latched it. Then I shook the door and realized why this product is so cheap - the door moves up and down, in and out, more than 1/16 inch. If I'd had stronger fingers I probably could have ripped it right out of the box. A screwdriver would have done without the fingers, but worst of all the play and the door's poor fit is an invitation for someone with malicious intent to mutilate the cabinet. I tried to contact the seller but received no response. I sent the box back.
