This is probably what you are looking for. Excellent quality and all four wheels are lockable assemblies. The only reason for deducting a star is that the supplied fasteners (screws) are not the right size. The holes on the wheel mounting plate differ from the illustration. They are elongated for adjustment, which is actually great. The problem is that the screw heads are too small along with the washers and go through the holes. In addition, the screws are of very poor quality. Most of these will break their heads if you screw them into hard wood. Now I would buy them again. Most of us have lots of screws lying around. I would suggest buying several at a time from Revain if you need them. All in all, these are great wheels. I mounted them on a heavy wood workbench and they glide great. The price is great too!
