Review on Radio Flyer Ultimate Stroll Trike by Michael Ward

I have a problem with the attachment of the rear wheels. I'm a big common sense guy and I still had trouble depressing that crown to lock the rear wheels. It would be difficult for a person without physical skills to make children's Christmas exciting with this puzzle. The front wheel appears to be flat. I posted photos. In fact, I am very dissatisfied with the craftsmanship of this long respected company. Everything seems plastic and carefree put together. Whoever came up with the concept of the box and figured out what to do to pack it failed. Only a few days left until Christmas, I've got the bike ready. I don't want to disassemble the bike and send it back just to get it before Christmas. The company is hanging by a thread? I just feel unsatisfied. Not sure what can be done. I would like to know. These things open and close and if I try to take them apart I could hurt myself trying to send them back. However, if the company isn't true to its longevity and doesn't want to stay in business, maybe they'll fix things.
