Delivery a little late, but finally arrived. When opening the package, almost 1/4 of the package fell out! It's as thin as talc, baby powder, or Spanish talc. It's also very sticky. I was trying to save some money by buying the powder instead of the regular bottles and I was wrong. At my local Whole Food outlet each bottle is $3.50 and at Market Basket they are $2.99. There was a time when they were listed on Amazon for $8 for a four-pack, but suddenly the price went up and that's when I decided to try the powder. The taste is not the same, nor the effectiveness. My other protein shake is so strong that after 2 hours I look like a gorilla as described by my friend! All of the women's space should be aware of this, including my 91 year old grandmother! I've been taking this for almost two weeks now and see no improvement. Conclusion: 1- Very powdery, can not be used as usual. Be prepared for it to get on your hands, countertop, clothes, etc. Be careful not to use it near a fan or an open window. 2- Not as effective as bottled liquids. 3- The taste is not bad but leaves a bitter aftertaste, like strong espresso that makes you want to take a sip of water or something afterwards. 4- I was trying to save some money and ended up losing $25! Lesson learned.
