Well I haven't tried it yet because the angle of the mouthpiece is just terribly uncomfortable. Even just sitting at home I can't comfortably hold it in my mouth - I can't imagine driving it around constantly trying to get it out of my mouth like it does. I'll order a 90 degree bent replacement and see if it gets any better. The tube also feels ridiculously long, which is one of the reasons I have such a hard time keeping it in my mouth. Maybe if my mouth was on the back of my head? I think I'll end up doing a major surgery on this thing to make it work. Damn. Perhaps it's better if you plan to use it for hiking or anything where you're going to leave it hanging other than when you're drinking and then just bring it to your mouth to drink - but that defeats the purpose of buying hands-free kits.
