They've really added to my tool box. I work a lot with solar panels, laying out areas for assembly and things like that. I can't tell you how much force you can put on these handles, but I've pulled quite hard and lined up a few long paths with the rails I'm using and they didn't even show any sign that I was doing it. For me they are reliable, accurate and work well. That's what I can expect from a good tool.
