Review on CaregiverDesktop EHR by Chad Siofele

I like how easy it is to use when compared with other programs out there. It seems reliable but also not too helpful at times which makes me think twice before using this program for my needs as an RN in health care industry. Sometimes it lags or freezes up so you have to wait until it gets back online again instead of having access right away. This can be frustrating especially if your computer has been used by many people prior to yours being able to log into the system without any issues. The benefits are knowing who's available to take over shifts/workdays off and what patients need next steps after their visit. Also saves time because we don't have to call all our providers every day asking them about new cases etc! We're solving problems related to scheduling nurses' work days, availability & documentation through one platform.
