Buying Christmas stockings at the last minute. All my friends had these when we were kids and I was glad my kids would have them because they have trouble using a real yoyo. They weren't expensive so I figured I could only lose a few bucks if they were as bad as the reviews suggest. Unfortunately, like many other reviewers, both of my phones broke after 10 minutes of normal use. What I didn't take into account in my game is that my son's heart was broken when it happened. Definitely not the quality of the yoyos from my youth. Avoid!
