This professional grade raised cutting block is a good concept but the wooden slats are beginning to split and come loose. I only received this on the 17th January 2021 and when I started using it this morning it showed signs of weakness in the connected slats. I am very upset about this. I would say that a specific wood board or maybe both middle boards are not properly cured, maybe still green wood? In any case, this is a very frustrated customer due to stress or weakness appearing 1 month after returning for a replacement. Most unsatisfied.
