BEST meat thermometer and great deal!

I gave this to my husband the chef for the holidays and he loved it! He's wanted one of these for a long time - and it was very profitable! He found it very easy to set up and use; The numbers are big and easy to read, and since they're LCDs and "glow" he can use them outside in the dark - he toasts a lot at night - which he did! :-) 2 probes make it really easy to use as you can measure the temperature of different parts of the meat at the same time, e.g. B. Chicken breast and drumstick. The wires on the probes are long and thin enough that he can thread them through the holes in our smoker/grill's lid, so he doesn't have to close the lid on the wires to damage them. Monitoring meat temperature with probes like this so you don't have to open the grill, you can keep the grill closed and use a thermometer, and you won't lose heat (or smoke if you're using it like a smoker) when you open the grill! When you turn on the thermometer, set it to what you're cooking (e.g. Very helpful! It turns out this is actually correct, and the meat he cooked was perfect! Most thermometers of this type cost $200 , so this really is a great deal! My photos show his fully smoked "Beer-Can Chicken" with probes and thermometer; our smoker/grill with probe going through holes in the lid; and raw chicken in a beer can with two probes in different parts of the Vogels, ready to grill!
