This is a magical thing. I didn't know this product existed until a few months ago. Makes perfect caramel shape. Easy to use, easy to clean, CRAZY EASY compared to cutting candy into bite sized pieces. Even when I used it I thought it was too good to be true. But it worked. And kept working. I was able to make three times as many candies in less than half the time. Not only did it shape the candies, but it also cooled 100% faster.
