FYI, you can use these to install Walbro fuel pumps!
I needed a tool to hold 2 fuel pumps in the tank for a turbo car I'm building. Walbro 450 has a diameter of 39.7 mm. and since they ran with either a 39mm or 41mm fork I used a gas rated rubber stock to eliminate the difference and I solved my problem. The construction is very robust and reliable. I liked how the clip is hinged and locked with a flush screw and then screwed down with a second lock. This comes in handy as the Walbro pumps quite loudly.
