Biochem is my whey protein isolate of choice. I tried every sugar free flavor and was excited to try the limited edition flavor. Mixed with Greek Yogurt - 6/10 The mint flavor doesn't pair well with Greek Yogurt unlike other flavors. It's usually a killer combination that makes great protein ice cream. Shake with water - 6.5/10. The peppermint flavor is still very strong here. Because of this, it is not comparable to other flavors. Mixed with ice and water - 7.5/10. It gets so creamy. Much better. The coffee-chocolate flavor comes out a bit and the peppermint isn't overwhelming. Shake with 2% milk - 7/10 OK, Mint isn't overwhelming but still strong in the recommended proportions (6 fl oz). Mixed with ice and 2% milk - 9/10 as far as that flavor is concerned. Admittedly not my favorite (chocolate coconut) but the creamy taste perfectly balances all 3 flavors chocolate, coffee and mint. You get this frothy cold drink that tastes like a Starbucks drink. I've tried several other non-traditional uses for this aroma and it doesn't seem to be as versatile as other aromas. I recommend buying it as a holiday protein shake flavor from time to time. However, don't try to get creative with it.
