This allowed me access my patient's records that I couldn't get in touch with previously. It was an amazing feeling! Some of it did not work as well or seemed buggy at times but overall this has improved our communication process between Dentist office and myself immensely. It allows us faster turn around time for orders as no paper documents are required anymore (especially important when using paperless). The ability to communicate via video instead makes working from different locations easier than ever before since you don’t need your file/paperwork in order make changes easily if necessary. I like the ease of use, the fact that I can have the patient's mouth scanned and have it ready to go right away. I don't like the fact that the software can be a little slow and sometimes it takes a long time to load. I have found that it is best to give it a few minutes to load before working on the patient. I have been able to get my patients to trust me more by having them have a scan done. It allows me to have their mouth scanned and then go through the design process.
