This is my second pair of the same Skecher product. I find them very comfortable and light. I don't need a lot of arch support so I feel they meet my needs. I have BIG feet (size 14) and am a bit narrow. It's great that Skechers is releasing shoes in this size like some other brands. Nike, Under Armor etc. don't seem to be doing this. Styles are fashionable but restrained. Very important if you don't want to show off your big legs. I like being able to easily put the laces on and off when I'm in a hurry to walk the dog out the door. The soles are very soft and flexible, and the tread pattern on the outsole is easy to clean after use in the garden. The only problem is that the soles are made of very soft rubber (which provides excellent cushioning), but they wear out quickly if you go for pavement or concrete walking. I kill shoes because I hit the heels hard and burn the heels of all my shoes. I've found this to be particularly true on my Skechers as the rubber compound doesn't wear down well when walking on uneven surfaces. For this reason, however, I prefer them for indoor use over brisk walking. I think they make great shoes for my purpose.
