The customer service is outstanding, they are always willing to help with questions you have about their products! Their support team members go out of there way for our staff (even when it's not work related). So far we haven't had many issues using this product but if something does come up I'm confident in saying my concerns will be addressed or corrected quickly by them as well. We love having all these resources at one place so everyone can pull information together without spending time searching different places online.
