Unfortunately, PRETTYGARDEN was not at all what I had anticipated. At first glance, their collection of clothes, accessories, and jewelry may appear to be spectacular, but the truth is completely different. First of all, their products are of poor quality. Even when wearing garments that fit according to the size chart, they are frequently poorly manufactured and do not look well. Additionally, I discovered that the colors and fabrics did not correspond to the pictures on the website. Additionally, they offer terrible customer service. When I had a problem with an order, they didn't reply to my emails for weeks. When they eventually responded, it was unhelpful and did not fix my problem. It took a lot of time and was frustrating. And last, I thought their pricing were pretty exorbitant considering the caliber of the goods they sell. I've seen comparable goods in other online shops for a lot less money and of far higher quality. In general, I would not advise using PRETTYGARDEN. Their pricing are not worth it, their customer service is subpar, and their products are underwhelming. Search for a better online fashion destination to save yourself the trouble.
