My son bought YOUR backpack for the 2019 school year. He's still using it two years later. This school year I decided to buy the same brand for three more kids because the backpack holds the weight better. They use a lot of notebooks and also have to use public transport to get to school. Waterproofing was very important as we are leaving Costa Rica and it can rain at any time of the day. One of the seams of the backpack came undone but I sent a photo to the company and they sent a new backpack. They were also very kind in sending me one of the red and blue backpack buckles. My son lost it somewhere near school. I offered to pay for it but they didn't charge me for it. Excellent customer service, they stick to the one year warranty.
