I am very happy with the quality of these knives for the price
My wife and I were gifted a set of Henckels Twin Signature knives when we moved in together about 15 years ago. I have broken small knives over the years but have generally been happy with large knives. I sharpened them lazily and they were fine. Then I bought this Wallop knife set. I don't know if those handles were ever as sharp as these! My wife remarked that she didn't know the knife was meant to cut like that. We are very happy with our purchase. We don't like the block. Over time we will replace it with another block.
